Eating disorders and disordered eating cause a myriad of serious physical and mental problems. Individual nutrition therapy helps those struggling learn how to care for their bodies and minds through nutrition and movement.
Together, through personalized nutrition therapy, we can:
Redefine your relationship with food
Understand & nourish your body & mind
Meal plan in a way that fits into your life
Learn about how food and nutrition can work for you
Nicole Simone, MS, RD, LDN
Hi, I’m Nikki, and I’m so glad you’re here. I have been a Registered Dietitian for over 10 years specializing in eating disorders and disordered eating, and now, perinatal nutrition. I received my DPD and MS degree at Simmons University and completed my dietetic internship through Utah State University. Afterwards, I started working at Monte Nido at Laurel Hill, a residential treatment program for eating disorders, then transitioned to working at their PHP and IOP at the Eating Disorder Center of Boston. As I realized my passion, I knew I wanted to be in private practice, counseling and working one on one with clients. I spent several years working for a small practice and specialized in eating disorders, body image, and intuitive eating. I now also help women trying to conceive, who are pregnant or recently postpartum find ways to optimize nutrition and feel comfortable in their skin during this phase of life. I love nutrition counseling and practice from a weight neutral, non-diet lens. I make treatment personal, individual and work with you to help you achieve your goals towards food freedom and body acceptance.
In my spare time, you’ll find me cooking, hiking, going to the beach and spending time with my family.
I am also an active member of MEDA (Multi-Service Eating Disorder Association).
Lauren Lachapelle, MS, RD, LDN
Hi, I’m Lauren! I’m a Registered Dietitian with a passion for wellness. My goal as a dietitian is to foster both physical and mental wellbeing for my clients through a collaborative approach. I meet individuals where they are on their journey with food and work alongside them to provide comprehensive and compassionate support. I love helping my clients create small goals they can attain to build a trustworthy relationship between the food they eat and their bodies.
I received a Bachelor of Science in Health Education and Behavior from the University of Florida and a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics with a concentration in Sports Nutrition from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. I am also an active member of the American Sports and Performance Dietitians Association (ASPDA).
I currently work at the Renfrew Center of Massachusetts as an eating disorder dietitian providing individual and group nutrition therapy at the PHP and IOP levels of care, and I am a consulting dietitian for Brown University Athletics. Prior to Renfrew, I worked at the University of Pittsburgh as a sports dietitian where I supported Division I student-athletes across multiple sports. While I specialize in performance nutrition, disordered eating, and eating disorders, I enjoy working with clients of various backgrounds.
Away from the office, you will find me cooking, spending active time with friends and family, and trying local restaurants and coffee shops!

“I love making nutrition therapy personal. When I get to truly see my clients is when we start to make strides towards food freedom.”
- NIKKI SIMONE, MS, RD, LDN
HOW I HELP
After a decade treating disordered eating and eating disorders, I’ve found that virtual sessions allow for the most flexibility in treatment.
With virtual counseling, my clients and I can be more flexible with scheduling, when and where we meet. This allows me to meet my clients where they are at and offer more time to meet their needs. I dedicate each session to getting to know you, establishing goals and figuring out how to reach those goals together. I also collaborate with any other providers to ensure you are getting the most comprehensive care.
